1. Service Nature & Commitment

WeScaleo engineers custom, mission-critical AI systems and enterprise software. Because our work involves custom code architectures and dedicated compute resource allocations, full refunds are not applicable once project deliverables are delivered.

2. Advance Payments

An advance payment of 30-40% secures dedicated senior engineering sprints and covers initial system design. Advance payments are non-refundable once foundational architecture begins.

3. Scope Revisions & Satisfaction

We offer comprehensive revisions for any deliverables within the agreed scope. Our engineering studio partners with you iteratively until all benchmark criteria are satisfied.

4. Mid-Project Termination

If an enterprise chooses to pause or terminate an engagement mid-sprint due to verifiable circumstances, unspent retainer balances may be pro-rated or credited toward future engineering hours.
